I have been in business for 20 years and the cost of these lead are crazy, I get lead that are under 10.00. can’t beat that.

What is not explained is how the “Call Center” chooses whom to call in the first place. I get about 4 mortgage spams per day which are definitely not compliant with CANSPAM legislation. Not surprisingly filling one out in *21* respondents. Some of those were “semi-exclusive” leads that were sold to multiple lead providers. Not such a “juicy” lead as the broker thought.
In short the industry is a mess and should be taken to the woodshed.
Very good video. It’s good to see companies like this that appear to have strong ethics taking a realisitc approach to a burdened industry. If your a Mortgage Broker that buys leads, you know what I’m talking about!
